These folks have lifelong connections and knowledge of the Pella area which is a tremendous help for newcomers like us.

This story says it all: Before we had moved in, we were celebrating the holidays out of state and our new neighbors called Leasa because we had an alarm going off in the house. I am a first time home owner, recently out of college, looking for my first house. Home Realty was highly recommended by family members, which have had great look purchasing their homes. I was looking for a small house I could work on, and learn how to do repairs and improvements. Home Reality found the right home for me, pointing out items that needed done, so I could prepare myself for what I was about to embark. The closing went great, even though we had to work with HUD, I have no complaints. I’ve enjoyed working on this little house, and look forward to living in my home for many years to come, or until I need a larger house, of which time, I’ll search out Home Reality for the journey.
