– Guy is a sports enthusiast and grandkid fan, attending as many of their activities as possible.
– He and his wife, Maryan, love to tend their garden, fruit trees and raspberries, all the way to freezing, canning and making jams and pies!
Guy was three years old when his family moved to Pella from the Netherlands, and he and Maryan, who also grew up in the area, raised their three children here. In the past, he has taught school, sold life insurance and worked for Pella Corporation; but now, for over 20 years, he’s been doing what he loves most ~ working with people.
